Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments according to mtm labo’s protocols and service standards.
• Conduct skin analysis and provide personalized skincare advice to clients.
• Recommend suitable custom-blended skincare products based on skin condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in daily operations of the treatment space when needed.

Requirements

• Relevant certification in beauty therapy or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in facial/skincare treatments.
• Knowledge of skincare and passion for beauty.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Well-groomed, professional, and able to work as part of a team.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin).
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
